Sometimes you may see a trade offer successful on Steam, but our system marks it as failed. This usually happens due to one of the following reasons:
Case 1: Network Error – Trade was sent, but response was lost
Our system sent the offer to Steam successfully.
Due to network timeout or Steam issues, we didn’t receive a response.
The offer exists on Steam, but the system doesn’t track it.
✅ Contact support — we can manually verify and fix it, but it takes some time.
Case 2: Account Hijacked / Offer Replaced by Scammer
Your account may be compromised or hijacked by a malicious extension.
Our original offer was cancelled or auto-declined.
A scammer sends a fake offer that looks the same.
❌ If you accept it, we cannot help recover your items.
What you should always do
Always accept the trade via the link we provide.
In Steam Mobile, verify the bot’s Steam Level & Years of Service before confirming.
If the offer looks suspicious — do not accept and contact support.
